We're a family owned and operated business and time with our whānau is just as important to us as the time we spend on our clients. We have laid out or key philosophies below so you can see what we are all about!
In this day and age it is important to remember that at the end of the day we are all people! We endeavour to make every event attendee, organiser and employee feel their wellbeing is nurtured and cared for.
We pride ourselves in an exceptional service from the start of planning, right to after the event. Our service includes being part of our awesome community - which is a pretty incredibly bunch of people!
Not only are we great at creating events people don't want to miss, we are also great at creating an environment that is full of laughter, jokes, joy and smiles!
Equality, Equity and Respect are important values to us. We believe everyone brings their own unique element to our workplace or an event and that should be cherished on an equal level.
Care for the environment is one of the most important aspects to our role at Panda. We focus on environmental friendly options for events to reduce the waste.
#familyfridays started in 2020 after the Covid-19 lockdown showed us the importance of our team spending time with their young families. On Fridays we prioritise our whānau and urgent tasks so small requests will be responded to by midday on the next business day.
